Bid coordination
The Challenge
The scope was to be the central coordination point for a large UN bid. We had to liaise with multiple authors located in multiple time zones and manage the individual contributors and checkers, the process, the timelines and then edit, proof, compile, layout and print the 10 chapter document.
The Solution
To ensure the smooth flow of communication across the team there were some late nights and as usual with these large bid proposals the last 3 days we practically slept in the office. The satisfaction of pulling together all the information, making sure it was consistent, made sense and technically compliant was worth it.
